The Annual Report is created and submitted early each new year for the records of the Niwot Historical Society by the current president and/or Board members. The report summarizes some of the events and activities that have taken place in the previous year. The report shares the nominees for the upcoming Board members and opens any nominations from the membership for volunteer Board positioms in the upcoming year. Board members and officers of the organization are elected in February. The election of the Board occurs in February and can be conducted in an in-person membership meeting or electronically.
