Hotel Livingston, built by George Livingston. It stood on the north side of the first block of Second Avenue. It was torn down after 1964.

Niwot Post Office, 1907. Left to Right: Postmaster Julia Stockley, husband Delevan Stockley, daughters Annie and Amy (dark skirt). One was a nurse, the other a teacher. Building stood on Murray Street where present post office now stands.
