Now: Leanin’ Tree Greeting Cards enters its 70th year in business, employs 200 people and distributes worldwide over 30 million fine art greeting cards annually for all seasons and occasions.

Then: Leanin’ Tree began in a one room apartment above a bar in Fort Collins. The company has been in Boulder County since 1952.

Boulder County Sheriff’s Office will share some stories spanning the 157 years of service in Boulder County

Now: Sheriff Joseph K. Pelle, 2003-Present, started at the Sheriff’s Office in 1974 as a cadet, worked as deputy sheriff from 1980-1984, served 19 years in Boulder Police Dept.

Then: Sheriff William A. Corson, 1861-1863, was appointed Sheriff by Territorial Governor Gilpin.
